FapQuiz (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website fapquiz.com (the “Service”). This page describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. By using FapQuiz you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept the practices described here.

Information We Collect

FapQuiz does not require an account to play. We collect the minimum data needed to operate the game and improve the Service:

• Gameplay data: scores, streaks, daily-challenge progress, and game preferences. When you do not log in, this is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). When you submit a score to the leaderboard, the nickname you chose and your score are stored on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer, and approximate location (country level), collected automatically by our server logs and used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and localStorage to remember your preferences (e.g. NSFW confirmation, sound settings) and to keep you signed in if you choose to authenticate.

Advertising and Third Parties

FapQuiz displays advertising provided by third-party ad networks, including ExoClick and JuicyAds. These networks may set their own cookies and collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing behaviour to serve targeted advertising. We do not control these third parties; their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies:

Data Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Leaderboard entries are retained until you request deletion. Local-storage data lives on your device until you clear it.

Children

FapQuiz is an adult (18+) website. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Transfers

Our servers and the third-party ad networks we use may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than yours.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
